The Center is dedicated to fostering leadership for positive social change and to teach the skills necessary to ensure that if issues need to be advanced tomorrow, there are Asian American and Pacific Islander women who will step up and embrace the leadership challenge. Thus, a primary goal of the Center is to develop ethical, caring and compassionate women, who are whole person leaders to sit at decision-making tables.  Center programs do that by developing leadership capacity and by assisting AA/PI women to make concrete and significant contributions in their workplaces, homes and communities.

The Summit Theme is Return to Your Center, with three program tracks:

(1) Reflect: Introspective Workshops; (2) Retool: Career Workshops; (3)  Rejuvenate: Creative Workshops. All will be focused on and connected to building leadership capacity.
